Sanitise
To date no chemical sanitiser in the world has yet to be formally tested and approved for use against (SARS-CoV-2) commonly known as ‘Covid-19’. However, some sanitising agents have been tested and approved for use against other coronaviruses together with many other viral and bacterial infections, we use ‘Formula 429 Plus’ in every infectious situation / location, and since, (and including) patient zero in the U.K. (Haselmere Health Centre), our operatives have used this in ICU wards, care homes, commercial banking premises, local government premises etc. A sanitiser of this standard should be used. ‘Formula 429 Plus is, and has been, the NHS Gold Standard sanitiser for ten years since original trials conducted and is used in the NHS in operating theatres and ICU wards because its effective, safe to use, and has a residual efficiency
Don’t compromise
Working with best practises, to be both effective, and sufficient for any legislative control in any country, and satisfying insurance underwriters currently in meltdown. These are best practise procedures and protocols which exceed current government guidance, (which changes!) – best practise procedures do not change.
Spraying & Fogging
Sanitiser can be applied by spraying or ‘fogging, as appropriate, and should be accompanied by ‘cleaning for the purposes of infection prevention and control’.
Formula 429 plus, (in its diluted form), can be, and is used as a hand sanitiser also.
Formula 429 Plus, alcohol-based sanitiser & the correct PPE / RPE, is effective in infection prevention and control, and is what we use daily to protect ourselves, our clients, and the general public.
Deep Cleaning
Fast
Cars and cabs can be sanitised in approximately 60 – 90 seconds.
A small commercial vehicle (Van/Luton/Minibus) in 5 minutes or under.
An HGV vehicle (inc Techs & Facility Vehicles) in around 5-8 minutes excluding cargo.
Implementing infection prevention protocols would, once established, have minimal impact on the scheduled day.
On location
Locations/Sets/Stages sanitised in their entirety prior to anyone entering the site.
All goods inwards to be sanitised on entry to site, (excluding camera and sound equipment which should be sanitised by respective departments).
Full Data sheets of Materials and Equipment used can be supplied in advance when filming in Historic & Environmentally Sensitive Locations.
Testing/Record Keeping
The standards achieved will be constantly verified by our operatives of ‘ATP Surface Testing’ or ‘3M Protein Swab’. (Health care and food & beverage industry standard protocols).
Records of daily tests & procedures will be passed appointed health and safety officer, who should also be in possession of the MSDS (material safety data sheet) kept in your location and ‘company’ C.O.S.H.H.) folder as is mandatory under U.K legislation.
